Justin Bieber flashes a smile while meeting fans outside of his hotel on Saturday afternoon (April 13) in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The 19-year-old singer spent time signing autographs, taking pictures, and hugging his adoring fans!
That same night, Justin performed for a sold out crowd at the GelreDome in Arnhem.
