Retro Rock Vintage Clothing Store on 598 Davie Street in Vancouver is something special. I am neighbours with this store and I am always intrigued as to what I will see when I turn the corner.
Vito Caputo, Owner and Founder, is also so talented with a very 'picky eye' with buying. NO junk, just quality genuine VINTAGE clothes, head to toe and he can style like a freak! I'm always amazed by some of his creations on the mannequin's! I often photograph his work.
Yesterday he gave me my dream jacket displayed on the window only to tease me. He gave me a wonderful deal for it and I just wanted to thank him and his associate for helping me get what I've always wanted since I saw it the first time.
A yellow, vintage Adidas zip-up with navy stripes!...I can still pull it off. I'm not THAT old yet! Besides, I collect them.
